What comes with Free?
Your 5 most recent feedback entries, QR codes to print, and one location. Free doesn’t end.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial has everything Founding Member has and needs no card. Start it from your dashboard once your claim is approved.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven’t chosen a plan, you move to Free and keep seeing your 5 most recent entries. Nothing is deleted.
What does it cost after the trial?
Founding Member is $12 a month for one location, and it stays at that price for as long as you stay subscribed. The regular price is $39 a month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Become a Founding Member from Settings › Plan and billing in your dashboard, and change or cancel it there with Manage billing.
How do AI insights work?
Once a month, Bentu reads your latest comments (up to 50) and writes a short report: what guests keep praising, what they keep raising, and the comments behind each. It comes with the trial and Founding Member.
Can I use Bentu for more than one location?
Free, the trial and Founding Member each cover one location. For a group, write to hello@bentu.co and we’ll work it out with you.
