Questions owners ask
Do my guests need to download anything?
No. They scan the code and a web page opens. A rating, a few words if they like, and they’re done. No app, no account.
Is any of the feedback public?
No. Guests’ words go to you and nowhere else. On the trial and Founding Member, guests who say Great are invited to post on Google or Yelp themselves.
Does it connect to my POS?
No. The code on the table is the whole setup, so Bentu runs alongside Toast, Square or whatever you use.
How long does it take to get started?
Claiming takes a few minutes. We check every claim by hand, usually within 2–3 business days, and you can make your QR codes while you wait.
What does it cost after the trial?
Founding Member is $12 a month for one location, and stays $12 while you’re subscribed. The regular price is $39. If you’d rather not pay, you move to Free and see your 5 most recent entries. Nothing is deleted.
Can I use Bentu for more than one location?
Each plan covers one location. For a group, write to hello@bentu.co and we’ll work it out.
Bentu has an app for diners too. What is it?
A place for diners to remember where they ate and rank their favorites. Feedback left for your restaurant goes only to you; the only thing a diner can make public is a list of their own.
